A. Check whether the insulation effect of the distance between the electrode base and the body of the welding machine is good or not, which leads to a part of the short circuit.
B. Inspecting the pressure, flow rate and degree of water supply is inappropriate. Inspecting the procedure of water passage is blocked by impurities, which results in the excessive heat of the electrode arm and the electrode head because of the bad cooling effect.
C. Inspection of copper flexible coupler and electrode arm, as well as the contact of the electrode head where the oxidation is not serious, making the contact resistance to strengthen the fever is serious.
D. See if the cross section of the electrode head is caused by too much friction, which makes the overload heating.
E. See if the thickness of the welding and the lasting effect of the load-bearing have exceeded the allowable limit, which causes the overload to heat up.
